MO’s modus operandi is to either:

• Integrate into our clients team as a project/ technical manager or a project/lead engineering role, or
• Provide a consulting service where MO assesses the project, provides the framework for implementation, drives the delivery and monitors progress.

In most cases the success of MO's input is improved with our early involvement such that leading decisions can be made not just to streamline any engineering design and construction methodology, but also to ensure that the final solution meets all stakeholders requirements from an operability, maintainability and a process controllability perspective.

We at MO come from a hands on school of project implementation and as such put a lot of effort into the constructability of the plant and how it is to be operated, or integrated into a current operation with minimal or no downtime.

Our team of managers and engineers are focussed on delivering improved plant and team performance for operational facilities and projects.
